Christmas time, don’t let the movies end.
The festive period is a perfect time to be sat on the couch doing absolutely nothing.
Netflix will have loads of new additions to help add to the entire Christmas experience, but there’s some good stuff on the TV too.
As long as you’ve got a box of Roses and a good movie on the television, you don’t really need anything else.
And although we can’t supply the Roses, we can tell you exactly what movies are on TV and will do just that over the coming days and weeks.
To start with, here are all the movies on BBC One on both Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
Christmas Day:
Wallace and Gromit: The Curse of the Were Rabbit – 11am
The Good Dinosaur – 1.30pm
The Jungle Book (2016) – 3.10pm
My Week with Marilyn – 12.30am
As well the movies, you can also watch a load of Christmas specials on Christmas Day, including: Strictly Come Dancing, Michael McIntyre’s Big Christmas Show and Mrs Brown’s Boys Christmas Special.
Then you’ll have a few days rest (rest from doing nothing), before New Year’s Day comes around and you can sit back and watch the following…
New Year’s Day:
Planes 2: Fire and Rescue – 9am
Home – 10.15am
Railway Children – 1pm
The Jungle Book (1967) – 3.45pm
Inside Out – 5pm
Avengers: Age of Ultron – 10.55pm
As well the movies, you can also watch a load of Christmas specials on Christmas Day, including: Strictly Come Dancing, Michael McIntyre’s Big Christmas Show and Mrs Brown’s Boys Christmas Special.
Then you’ll have a few days rest (rest from doing nothing), before New Year’s Day comes around.
