It’s Mamma Mia. What more could you ask for?

It’s the last weekend of May already.

Suns out, buns out on the barbecue, but you’ll need something to do once you’re well fed.

Luckily, there are a lots of films on the telly to keep you in that summer mood.

Here’s JOE’s top picks for the movies on TV this Sunday (29 May).

A View To A Kill – RTÉ 2 – 6pm

Roger Moore’s final outing as Bond.

Ocean’s 8 – ITV2 – 7.50pm

An all-female reboot of the Ocean’s franchise.

Taken 3 – E4 – 9pm

Or, as I like to call it, Tak3n.

The Krays – ITV4 – 9pm

Gary and Martin Kemp play the notorious twins that ruled London in the 60’s.

Airplane! – Comedy Central – 9pm

One of the greatest comedies of all time. That’s it.

Mamma Mia – RTÉ One- 9.30pm

Our top pick tonight… well, it couldn’t be anything else.

Whether or not this screening was chosen to line up with the launch of ABBA Voyage this week is yet to be confirmed.

The story might be a bit flimsy, and Navan man Pierce Brosnan might not exactly have the voice of an angel, but it’s the most fun anyone can have in 109 minutes.

It’s Mamma Mia, like. You’d be crazy not to watch it.

Wild Rose – Film4 – 11.20pm

A very lovely musical drama starring Kerry’s own Jessie Buckley.

A Fistful of Dynamite – ITV4 – 11.25pm

A spaghetti western involving the IRA? And it’s surprisingly good? We’re as shocked as you are.

’71 – Channel 4 – 12.05am

A young British soldier is accidentally left behind, and is forced to make his way through a riot in Belfast during the Troubles.

The Last House on the Left – Horror Channel – 12.10am

A remake of the much better 1972 original.

LISTEN: You Must Be Jokin’ with Aideen McQueen – Faith healers, Coolock craic and Gigging as Gaeilge
