A romantic comedy that fails in both the romance and the comedy, with Jennifer Lopez and Ralph Fiennes trying to make sparks fly.
Braveheart - BBC Four - 9pm
Famous Australian Mel Gibson stars in, directs and produces this war epic about one of Scotland's most famous men.
Another Round - FilmFour - 9pm
Our main pick for tonight is Another Round, winner of the Best International Feature Film at the 2021 Academy Awards. The movie tells the story of a group of teachers in Denmark (headed by the always watchable Mads Mikkelsen) who embark on a social experiment which involves them... well... being a little bit drunk pretty much all of the time. Another Round left such an impression on Leonardo DiCaprio that he is producing and starring in the American remake.

Creed II - ITV4 - 10pm

Ben Affleck stars in this thriller about this part-time accountant, part-time assassin. Anna Kendrick, Jon Bernthal, J.K. Simmons and John Lithgow fill out the impressive supporting cast.

The third entry in the Purge series is actually pretty decent... as least as far as Purge movies go.
