Here are the nominations for the worst movies of 2019

Love them or hate them, the Razzie Awards are back for another year...

Box office and critical nightmare Cats, Sylvester Stallone's Rambo: Last Blood and Tyler Perry's A Madea Family Funeral lead the way with eight nominations each at this year's Golden Raspberry Awards - aka The Razzies. Think of the Razzies like a mean-spirited Oscars, with the very worst in cinema from the previous year 'celebrated' in tacky enough fashion. Every now and then, a victorious individual even shows up to the event to accept their fate, such as Halle Berry in 2005 for Catwoman and Sandra Bullock in 2010 for All About Steve. The following evening, Bullock would add to her trophy case, taking home the Best Actress Oscar for her turn in The Blind Side. Though you may think that the whole thing is a bit sad and pointless, there's a cult appeal at play. If you're a fan of so-bad-they're-good or just plain wretched movies, you'll probably want to know who and what is on the menu this time around.
