It's a mixed morning - up one minute, down the next.

Following the good news that the proposed bus strikes have been averted comes the bombshell that Harry Shearer is leaving The Simpsons. Shearer, the voice of Mr. Burns, Ned Flanders, Principal Skinner and many others, announced on Twitter last night that he was no longer part of the longest running animated series in history.
