These lads need a reality TV show.
Paul and Gary O’Donovan appeared on The Late Late Show on Friday night following their gold medal win at the World Rowing Championships.
Tubridy asked the lads about their brilliant interview after their big win in Bulgaria, where the lads joked that they were out the night before.
The two boys couldn’t believe that anyone actually thought they’d go out the night before one of the biggest races of their lives.

But the best moment of the night came when Gary O’Donovan went on a seemingly neverending rant about how much coffee he consumes every day.
When Tubridy asked about whether Gary had a close bond with his housemates, he replied that he: “Yeah we’re good friends, we get on well, like, we bought a coffee machine there last year.”
And after that, you’d probably start to believe that he had a bet with his mates to see how many times he could say coffee throughout the rest of the episode.
It was incredible.
Tubridy asked if they all chipped in together to get the coffee machine, to which Gary replied: “Yeah we all thought it would be a good idea. Turned out it was a great idea…”
Later on in the show, his brother weighed in on the subject of coffee, saying: “Oh it’s a great thing, you think you can do anything.”
We really hope Starbucks start sponsoring these lads soon enough.
