The official Game of Thrones tour is coming to Ireland and it looks absolutely brilliant

Game of Thrones tour

It only costs €17. Winter is here!

Given the fact that a large part of Game of Thrones is filmed in Northern Ireland, it’s only right that we can lay claim to being the spiritual location of the Seven Kingdoms.

Fans of the show can soon get up close and personal with the locations, props, and action in Westeros without running the risk of losing their heads. If only Ned Stark had that choice!

Game Of Thrones: The Touring Exhibition will make its debut visit to the UK and Ireland at the TEC Belfast, Northern Ireland, for a limited run.

The dramatic exhibition combines costumes, authentic props and majestic settings from all seven seasons of the show to create an interactive and immersive Game of Thrones experience that’s unlike any other.

The display will open on 11 April 2019 and it will stay until 1 September 2019.

With 5,000 square metres of Game of Thrones memorabilia and fun, this is more immersive than a trip through The North with The Hound.

The exhibition will be located at the TEC Belfast which is in the footprint of the legendary Titanic Studios, where much of the series was filmed over a 10-year period.

Fans will be able to authentically immerse themselves in Westeros and Essos, as well as relive the trials and tribulations of those who struggle for survival in the battle for the Iron Throne.

Here are some of the activities and amenities available:

• Experience the wintry landscapes of the North and the tree-lined pathway of the Kingsroad
• View a garrison of Unsullied warriors and the iconic costumes of House Targaryen
• Step into the House of Black and White
• Explore Castle Black, the home of the Night’s Watch
• Battle for the Iron Throne
