Pacific Rim robots VS Godzilla VS King Kong? Shut up and take our money!
Steven DeKnight has made a name for himself as a writer and director for some great TV shows including Netflix's Daredevil and the violent and sexy remake of Spartacus, but for this big screen debut he took one of the biggest franchises around (literally) with Pacific Rim Uprising.
We had the opportunity to sit down with him in the lead up to the movie's release, and we asked some probing questions about how do you even begin to get your head around a production of this size, but really, we had to ask the big question all the fans of the series have been dying to know.
Since the production company Legendary own the rights to all three, did he put down the groundwork for the monster mash-up of the century?
