Cathal Pendred has been showing off his new ink after landing a role in the Emmy Award-winning series Ray Donovan. The 28-year-old walked away from the UFC late last year and has now embarked on an acting career. https://twitter.com/Pendred/status/734868060021096448 The role on Ray Donovan comes after Pendred also landed a cameo in the upcoming Baywatch reboot, opposite Zac Efron. "I'm doing a bit of acting as well - it's something I've always been interested in," he told 2FM's Breakfast Republic earlier this year. “I've done some small parts here and there but now that I have a bit of extra time and don't have to focus everything on a fight I'm doing auditions. "I've got a couple of auditions in the States for a few action roles, but I won't say what they are. "Action roles are the easiest way I see of getting in."
