The ‘Entourage’ movie has finally started filming in Miami, with the show’s creator Doug Ellin and star Jerry Ferrara - who plays Turtle - both sharing videos and images across Twitter and Instagram. Ferrara and Kevin Connolly (E) and Kevin Connolly's hair, which is ridiculous.  Kevin Connolly - who plays Eric - insists that the cast were never holding out for more money and that the film was always going to start filming in early 2014. “The movie was never held up by salary negotiations," he said. "See, that’s the thing; people feel like salary negotiations held up the movie … I was not available. Neither was Jeremy Piven. We were both doing our shows.” Ellin with Kevin Dillon (Johnny Drama). The plaster cast remains a mystery. Connolly did admit that money was discussed, but it never caused a delay as implied by Mark Wahlberg, the show's executive producer who insisted that filming would only begin once certain cast members stopped being 'greedy.' “The movie was always happening. And in the meantime, people were negotiating. It became a thing that wasn’t really there. No one, I repeat, no one, held out for more money. "That wasn’t it. We knew we were shooting in January, and people were getting the best deal," he added. The lads.  "What happens, too, is when you’re negotiating with a group of people, some people were more interested in what they were getting paid up front. Other people were more concerned about a sequel deal. "It’s just people getting on the same page. But nobody ever stopped production  … People were figuring it out.
