The Night's Watch are the very definition of a motley crew and given the make up of this ancient order, it's somewhat ironic that these are the men responsible for protecting Westeros from the threat of the White Walkers.
However, now that The Wall has come down and The Night King is advancing south, it appears that the days of the Night's Watch could be over.
This being said, isn't every single man, woman, and child in Westeros now an honourary member of The Watch? After all, The Great War is all about one thing, the living versus the dead.
