WATCH: Ryan Gosling & The Russo Brothers play Best Of Frenemies
If you ever wanted to hear Ryan Gosling's opinions on Batman, Joker, X-Men and Hannibal Lector, then look no further...
There are some characters in cinematic history who, if only things had worked out ever so slightly differently, then they might have ended up being good friends.
You hear that line in movies a lot - "You're not so different, you and I..." - and in some cases, that is startlingly accurate.
That could also apply to the characters that Ryan Gosling and Chris Evans play in Netflix's new blockbuster The Gray Man, except for the fact that they've both been kind of hired to kill each other. Which is certainly a problem...
So when we sat down with Gosling, and the movie's directors The Russo Brothers, we put together a little game for them titled Best Of Frenemies.
You can check that out in full right here:
If you didn't already know, The Russo Brothers are also the guys who directed Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Captain America: Civil War, Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame, so they certainly know a thing or two about heroes and villains who have a lot in common.
So if you ever wanted to know their thoughts (as well as Gosling's strong reactions) to the likes of Batman and the Joker, Professor X and Magneto, Clarice Starling and Hannibal Lector, Neo and Agent Smith and loads more, then check out the video above.
It is worth alone for Gosling's incredible response to Goldie Hawn and Meryl Streep in Death Becomes Her...
