Sherif has been removed from Love Island after breaking villa rules

Sherif has been removed from Love Island after breaking villa rules.

A statement issued on Tuesday read:

“After breaking the villa rules Sherif had conversations with the producers and it was mutually agreed that he would leave the Love Island villa.”

Sherif added that he didn’t conducted himself appropriately inside the villa and said that he agreed with producers that he should leave.

“In a case of poor judgement, I broke the villa rules and as a result agreed with the producers that it was best for me to leave the villa,” he said.

“I regret that I didn’t conduct myself in the right way and, as a 20-year-old guy, it’s something I know I will take on board and learn from.

“I really enjoyed my time in the villa and look forward to catching up with everyone on the outside.”

Sherif entered the villa with the rest of the original contestants on the show’s first day last week.

He coupled up with Anna and the pair had since decided that they were going to get to know each other better.

Sherif was saved from the first dumping by the pharmacist last Friday.

It is not yet known what caused him to be removed from the villa.

Love Island continues tonight on Virgin Media Two at 9pm.
