Simon Pegg is possibly living the life that every movie-loving, Hollywood-obsessed film fan wants to have – he’s a fellow geek who has starred in Star Wars, has trekked far and wide across the universe in Star Trek, has Steven Spielberg’s number on his phone AND now he’s back on a big screen near you as Benji Dunn in Mission: Impossible – Fallout.
Starring alongside Henry Cavill, Rebecca Ferguson, Vanessa Kirby and some lad called Tom Cruise, Pegg’s latest cinematic adventure sees him and his best pal Ethan Hunt take on the maniacal Solomon Lane (Sean Harris) once more, with our heroes jet-setting all over the globe while executing a series of simply spectacular stunts.
We caught up with the comedy hero to chat about going on a cinema date with Superman, what we should do with people who insist on using their phones in the cinema, and he reveals the movie magic behind nailing the perfect film faceplant.
