Standalone broadband customers will not be affected.
Sky have announced that customers of their TV services can expect a price increase from Sunday 1 December.
The current services that will be affected by the price increase include:
- Original
- Variety
- Sky Q Bundle
- Sky Entertainment
- Sky Multiscreen
- Q Multiscreen
Customers should expect an average bill increase of 4.7%, or €3.31, and those customers should expect a letter or email soon explaining what it will mean for them.
Speaking of the price change, Sky said:
“We try to keep costs down and provide greater choice for our customers to pick the package that best suits them.
“We know price increases are never welcome, but we hope customers can see that our innovation, great content and our industry leading customer service provide good value.”
