The pair even discussed the possibility of an official reunion.
There aren't many examples of American remakes of British television being done right.
The Inbetweeners, The IT Crowd and Skins were all complete flops. But the one that stands out as a huge success is The US Office.
And given the trying times we are currently living in, this mini-reunion between stars of the show Steve Carell and John Krasinski is exactly what we needed.
The pair reminisced and talked about how much they loved working on the hit series, while also remaining slightly positive about a potential reunion at some point, saying: "Hopefully one day we just get to reunite as people and just all get to say hi. I miss you a ton man."
Carell, who played Michael Scott on the show, also detailed some of his favourite moments, while Krasinski (who has gone on to direct and star in A Quiet Place) talked about how emotional it was to shoot the pair's goodbye scene.
