There’s only one thing in the way of a new Blackadder series, says actor Tony Robinson

Blackadder is considered to be one of British comedy's finest achievements, and many would be very excited to see it return to our airwaves. Actor Tony Robinson, who played Baldrick, the sidekick to Rowan Atkinson's Edmund Blackadder in each of the shows four seasons. Robinson told The Sun that the only thing that might compromise a return for the popular 1980s historical comedy is Hugh Laurie's fee. Hugh Laurie also starred in each of the four seasons of the show and would be considered an essential part of the cast. Speaking to The Sun, Robinson said 'I do think a new series of Blackadder is on the cards. I have spoken to virtually all the cast about this now. The only problem is Hugh's fee.
