The trailer for Netflix’s documentary about Bruce Springsteen looks absolutely terrific

Springsteen Netflix

The perfect Christmas present for fans of The Boss.

It’s very likely that you’ll be feeling like you’re born to run to the nearest TV this Christmas because, as stated previously, Netflix are about to release a documentary about Bruce Springsteen’s critically-acclaimed autobiographical Broadway show.

Following its sold-out run which concludes on 15 December, Springsteen on Broadway will be available for Netflix viewers to watch from 16 December.

As anyone that has ever seen The Boss play live will know, there’s nothing quite like a Springsteen gig because he has that remarkable ability to balance massive spectacle with more intimate performances.

In terms of the tracks that will be featured, we’re promised to hear the likes of Thunder Road, Brilliant Disguise, and countless others.

Based on his worldwide best-selling autobiography Born to Run, Springsteen on Broadway is a unique evening with the rock and roll icon.

If you’re a fan of his, settle in for an evening of The Boss, his guitar, a piano, and his own stories—including a special appearance by Patti Scialfa.

Given the fact that the majority of Springsteen’s aunts and immediate family all married Irishmen – something that he goes into great detail in in his book – we’d be amazed if a few stories about the Emerald Isle don’t make it into the set.

Take a look at what’s in store.
