The last time that Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly teamed up, the world was treated to a comedy classic in Step Brothers.

Between that and Talladega Nights, these two guys have consistently delivered comedy gold, and we're very excited to see their take on the Arthur Conan Doyle classic Sherlock Holmes. Plot's it all about? Holmes (Ferrell) and Watson (Reilly), fiction's most famous detective partnership, have one week to solve a murder or else Professor Moriarty (Fiennes) plans to kill the Queen of England.
