Video: Check out the stomach-churning and terrifyingly brilliant trailer for Gravity

In space no one can hear you sh*t yourself...

Eoghan Doherty

JOE brings you the latest trailers in association with the good folk over at Magnet.

Ready for your early morning wake-up?

Forget coffee sleepy-heads, the latest trailer for Alfonso Cuarón’s Gravity is just the ticket to wake you from your Wednesday morning slumber.

George Clooney and Sandra Bullock star as two astronauts left stranded in space after their shuttle is damaged by dangerous space debris. With all communication ties to base severed, and limited oxygen available, the two NASA rocketeers are forced to figure out some way to save themselves and return safely to Earth.

“Houston, we have a problem” is just a wee bit of an understatement in this case.

The most amazing thing about ithe incredibly rendered trailer is that the entire clip is just one continuous shot. That is impressively beautiful work from the acclaimed director of Children of Men, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban and Y Tu Mamá También.

JOE got dizzy just watching the clip on our laptop screen so just imagine how brilliant sequences like this will look in IMAX.

Make sure you have your sick-bags at the ready…

Gravity is released in Irish cinemas on October 18, will open the Venice Film Festival and also feature in the Toronto International Film Festival.

Make sure to have the best broadband in town before trying to find out any more about Gravity. Thankfully, the lads over at Magnet will be able to sort you out with their fatpipe which has up to 70mb broadband speeds.
