Russell Brand has joined forces with director Michael Winterbottom on a ‘polemical documentary’ called The Emperor’s New Clothes, which takes a look at the financial crisis and gross inequality that’s faced by millions both in Britain and around the world.

The Emperor’s New Clothes will be released in Ireland on April 21.
