All the US chat shows got in the St Paddy's Day spirit and most of them jumped to obvious Irish stereotypes; drink, leprechauns etc.

Conan O'Brien was too happy about that because of his own Irish ancestry.

He decided against using stereotypes to get cheap laughs before introducing a very special guest.
