David McSavage isn’t usually one to shy away from controversy, but it looks like this particular sketch from The Savage Eye was just a little too much for RTÉ…

Unfortunately, the clip won’t make tonight’s show due to the fact that RTÉ have decided against showing it, for what we assume are blasphemous reasons. But by Jaysus, that hasn’t stopped us from showing the clip!

The video was originally uploaded by the Lough Monster on YouTube, who simply said: “Ireland’s President for Life keeps Wild Nuns in her back garden who are besotted with her Gardener. This sketch was filmed for the Love episode in series four of the Savage Eye but was not broadcast.”

Have a gander and see what you make of the banned clip for yourself.
