And in fairness to the Biebmeister General, he handled himself pretty well too…
If you’ve ever caught a glimpse of Funny or Die’s excellent Between Two Ferns before, you’ll know that the whole premise of it is Zach Galifianakis making life as uncomfortable as possible for his celebrity guests… and the star of The Hangover amongst other films is capable of making life pretty uncomfortable indeed.
You’d imagine that pop sensation Justin Bieber might be the type of guy to rise to Galifianakis’ bait, but perhaps knowing what was coming, he handles himself pretty well here, despite the host’s best attempts to test his resolve.
Some of the highlights included questions such as, ‘Hey, what if I don’t make something shitty, does that ever pop into your mind?’ and ‘You’ve had three hairstyles, what’s next for your career?’ while there are also odd asides about Anne Frank and p*ssing into a bucket, but Bieber handles himself well in a clip that’s well worth a look for a laugh if you’ve five minutes to spare.
