The new Matthew Vaughn movie starring Colin Firth and Samuel L. Jackson looks like a lot of fun if this terrific trailer is anything to go by.
From what we can tell from this latest clip, the movie could be a cross between My Fair Lady and James Bond. It's a film based on the comic The Secret Service and has all the gadgets, weapons and fight scenes anyone could wish for.
Colin Firth is not really known for his action films, but he looks a dab hand at giving out slaps and what not in this movie. Vaughn is the man who directed Kick Ass and X-Men First Class amongst others, so he definitely knows his comics and his action.
Firth plays a veteran secret agent charged with the responsibility of training and leading a young protege (played by Taron Egerton) into the murky world of espionage, flash cars and umbrellas which can deflect bullets. Add to that the wonderful Samuel L. Jackson as the big mean bad guy called Valentine and we're most certainly sold.
We are very much looking forward to seeing this one, check it out...
