VIDEO: Try not to get too excited at the teaser trailer for next week’s Late Late Toy Show

Seven days folks.

There are certain dates in the calendar around this time of year that mark the starting point at which people feel they can start celebrating Christmas. For some, it’s when they celebrate Thanksgiving across the pond in the States. For others, it’s the big Culchie Day Out on December 8 and for the Grinches amongst the population, it’s as late as Christmas Eve. A lot of us, on the other hand, feel comfortable celebrating Christmas as soon as the Late Late Toy Show rolls around every year. Sure, it’s really for the kids, but it brings out the kid in plenty of Irish adults too, many of whom will pretend they are interested in all the toys and gadgets for a young relative, but really want a piece of the action themselves.
