It is estimated that Disney will need to generate around 40 million monthly subscribers on their lowest tier subscription model in order to break even.
According to Variety, access to Disney Plus will cost $6.99 per month in America, so it's expected that pricing plans in other international markets will be roughly comparable.
Although it is yet to be revealed when Disney Plus will make an appearance in Ireland, it's expected that it will be available here in "less than two years".
