What a cliffhanger…
We don’t know a whole lot about TV in New Zealand. Shortland Street is not on our daily watch list, it’s no Home and Away after all.
But, we now feel like we’ve been missing out all these years if this is the kind of carry on we can expect from the popular New Zealand soap opera.
The scene is one that teenagers all over the world play out; they return to an empty house to indulge in some spirited rumpy pumpy while they have a free house.
Unfortunately for Harry and Lily, and thankfully from every parent’s perspective, Harry’s father Chris was at home when the pair arrived.
Words will not do the cliffhanger at the end of this scene justice so it’s better to watch it…

The episode was shown last Friday and has since gone viral with one critic describing it as: “The best ending to a soap ever.”
The saga revolved around Harry’s dilemma of whether or not to send a ‘dick pic’ to his love interest Lily.
But what a way to end the episode…
