WATCH: Ray D’Arcy Show audience member steals the spotlight by imitating the host

He was probably the class clown back in school.

Eagle eyed viewers of this week’s Ray D’Arcy Show might have noticed the first ever live broadcasts of a TV show, which was co-hosted by men with a telepathic connection.

Or they may just have spotted a man who had discovered Ray D’Arcy’s teleprompter and decided to lip sync along to his Easter monologue.

While D’Arcy was chatting about what we got up to over the weekend, the audience’s equivalent of the class clown stole the show by pretending to read the show’s script with fairly immaculate timing.

Distracting everybody as the host prepared to tell us about the highly unique experience had by another member of the audience, this chap made sure poor Mark Hagney’s moment of fame would be forever overlooked.
