This should be pretty huge, pun very much intended.
Following a teaser clip late last year, HBO have shed more light on their forthcoming Andre The Giant documentary.
Set to premiere on the network on 10 April, ‘Andre The Giant’ will tell the incredible story of one of wrestling’s biggest names, while exploring the late wrestler’s greatest successes and biggest struggles.
The documentary will feature contributions from famous faces including Hulk Hogan (who famously body-slammed Andre at WrestleMania III), Ric Flair, Jerry ‘The King’ Lawler, Vince McMahon, Gene Okerlund, and Billy Crystal, who featured alongside Andre in The Princess Bride.
Andre The Giant passed away in January of 1993, at the age of 46. A movie about his life has been in the works for years, but the HBO doc looks set to capture the unique spirit of the man.
