 A strong American TV debut for the rising Dublin star.

It's all going pretty great for Dermot Kennedy right now. A couple of weeks ago, he dropped an excellent video for live favourite 'For Island Fires and Family', which was filmed on location on Inis Mór. With an album reportedly on the way, Kennedy is back Stateside where he's just made his US television debut with another strong performance. Taking to the stage on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, the Dublin troubadour belted out recent single 'Power Over Me' beneath a row of spotlights that Kanye West might approve of. Throw in some sharp back-up singers and a typically dextrous performance from drummer Micheál Quinn and you're onto a winner.
