Here are the first 30 acts for Knockanstockan festival, which returns to Wicklow this summer

The little independent festival that could is back.

Having ‘done a Glastonbury’ and taken a year off, beloved indie festival Knockanstockan returns to its picturesque home of the Blessington Lakes in Wicklow from 27 – 29 July.

A celebration of upcoming acts and established favourites from all over Ireland, Knockanstockan has established itself as one of the highlights of the festival calendar.

The first 30 acts for the 2018 edition, announced on Tuesday afternoon, look like this:

Bantum, Elaine Mai, Paddy Hanna, The Hot Sprockets, Roe, The Scratch, Kojaque, Bicurious, Akora, Farah Elle, Super Silly, Chancer, Humans of the Sesh, Moon Looks On, Yankari, Sim Simma Soundsystem, JYellowL, The Olllam, Ailie Blunnie, The Bonk, Slouch, Navá, Vernon Jane, Spudgun, Munky, Grand, Cúla Búla, Simon Bird, Deborah and Wood Burning Savages.
