Grab your mates and book that August Bank Holiday weekend off now.

Missed out on Longitude tickets on Friday morning?

Gutted about no Slane gig this year?

Fret not, for festival season is positively bursting at the seams.

Friday afternoon’s official confirmation that a new three-day festival is set for Waterford means that the August Bank Holiday weekend (Friday 3 – Sunday 5) is ridiculously packed.

Time to start making those plans. Here are those all-important options:

Making its debut this summer is All Together Now, a boutique 10,000-capacity three-dayer in the luxurious surrounds of the Curraghmore Estate.

Be advised, this bash is strictly over-21’s only.

Who’s playing? In keeping with this new festival’s sense of mystery, acts are yet to be announced.

What’s on? You might not know who’s playing, but All Together Now promises a wealth of music, spoken-word, comedy, theatre debate and art happenings, with workshops, “feasts of food” and bespoke cocktails all spread out across 10 stages, including the world-famous Spiegeltent.

Tickets: Early bird tickets for the three-day festival are priced from €149.50 go on sale on Friday 23 February at 9am via Ticketmaster and usual outlets nationwide, with camper-van passes available for €60.

There will also be turns from Everything Everything, Sigala, Le Galaxie, King Kong Company, Mylo, Cast, HamsandwicH, The Blizzards, Wild Youth, Le Boom, Tom Grennan and 1000 Beasts.

What’s on? Indiependence is a bit of a mini-maze with all kinds of sights and sounds to get lost in. We’ll see you at the table-tennis table in the Beer Hall, where we’ll be handing out sound thrashings for all.

Tickets: Early bird tickets are gone, but three-day camping tickets priced €139 are now on sale from www.tickets.ie. VIP Indie Garden tickets are also available for €179.
