‘Keep The Devil Within’ is pure pop rock, with an infectious, upbeat chorus and guitar driven hooks throughout. McCann says of the track “It’s about the complications of love and relationships. We don’t always bring out the best in each other and maybe we are better off going our separate ways and burying this love (or keeping the devil within).

The concept for the video was conceived by the director Eamon Cahill. It was a lot of fun to shoot, despite spending the best part of a day in a straitjacket”. Keep an eye out for Aine Cahill who also appears in the video.
