Ama is a hip-hop/R’n’B artist from Longford.
Almost two years since the release of his debut EP, Just A Moment, and a series of collaborations with other Irish artists in 2018, the man from the midlands has returned with an absolute banger.
‘How I Do’ is a very polished, slick number and another plus for the ever growing hip-hop scene in Ireland.
When asked about the track, Ama said: “The song is about even though the people closest to you have a certain influence over you, they realise that they cannot change who you are, now you can be the person you want to be.”
Wise words, Ama.
Ama has opened for Kyle during his European tour and has also performed at Electric Picnic.
He’s certainly one to keep an eye on given the quality of his output.
