"We didn't know whether to laugh or hide when the old authentic Chinese man who taught us the art of tea drinking took out a microphone and broke into a Chinese pop song. Unbelievable moment..." "It was time to leave Xuzhou and catch a flight to Guangzhou in the south. We boarded the plane and then found out that it was delayed two hours!" "We sat on the plane and waited for what felt like forever. Eventually the plane departed. We were on the plane for a total of 6 hours and on top of that we landed in Guangzhou during Typhoon Mujigae." "Every day is as crazy as the day before. It has rained here for 3 days solid already and nobody bats an eyelid. They're so used to it. But the best thing about this trip is that we get to experience China in a non-tourist way."
