We've seen some fairly awful tattoos here in JOE but this recent effort from a Bon Jovi fan somehow manages to give even the most ridiculous tats a bad name.
This person is probably wanted by the stooopid police dead or alive or maybe they're just looking for their 15 minutes of fame? If this is the case then we have nothing but admiration for their commitment to comedy.
