Take some early noughties ‘post-hardcore’, throw in some lasers and then blend in a synth and whaddya get? Enter Shikari… kinda.
These lads rode the wave of post hardcore/screamo stuff back in the day, but have actually been somewhat inventive with the borefest that genre proved to be, and they’re still around to talk about it.
Also, they may have one the best live shows you’re likely to see outside Rammstein and Celine Dion.
