All of these are on our bucket list.
January is officially the month to start scanning websites for potential holiday ideas and getaways.
Well, it’s not official, but it’s all we’ve been doing since we came back after Christmas.
Whenever we head abroad, we always try and time it so there’s a music festival on in the area were visiting because music festivals are deadly craic.
We’ve been to quite a few, but ticketing company Viagogo have compiled a list the the top 10 most popular music festivals in the world and we want some.
The results are based on ticket searches on their websites, and here are the top 10:
Tomorrowland (Belgium)
Coachella (US)
Tomorrowland (Brazil)
Sensation (Netherlands)
Isle of Wight (UK)
Rock in Rio (Brazil)
Stereosonic (Australia)
Rock Am Ring (Germany)
Benicassim (Spain)
Mysteryland (Netherlands)
We’re surprised Electric Picnic didn’t make the list, but we’re sure it wasn’t far off.
Tomorrowland is the undoubted king of the festival circuit with the Brazil and Belgium editions making the top 10.
Here’s why it’s the best.
