Time for Heroes.

One of JOE’s favourite albums from the noughties was Up the Bracket, the debut album by The Libertines, but sadly we never got a chance to hear it played live as the band infamously split up after the release of their second eponymous album.

Fresh from their recent reunion gigs in Hyde Park, the Pete Doherty and Carl Barat led band have just announced a Dublin date which will definitely please their fans.

Having seen some footage of the band playing, their live performances can be mixed at best but there’s no denying the quality of their back catalogue.

Will they play a blinding set or end up just thumping the heads off each other?

You’ll have to be at the 3Arena to find out.

Tickets for the gig are priced at €49.50 incl. booking fee and go on sale this Friday at 9 am from usual outlets.
