The Wicklow native takes to Dublin next week.
Two weeks ago, it was announced that Andrew Hozier Byrne was to take to the stage for a run of intimate live shows in the Academy in September.
Tickets for his series of intimate gigs went on sale at 9am on Friday, 17 August on the musician’s website at the price of €30.
However, due to demand – an extra set of production hold tickets have been made available for true fans. These tickets, however limited, are available here.
All proceeds from these shows will go to three charities close to Hozier’s heart; Safe Ireland, One In Four and the Peter McVerry Trust.
Dates for the show are as follows:
- Monday, 3 September
- Wednesday, 5 September
- Friday, 7 September
All gigs will be held at The Academy on Dublin’s Middle Abbey Street.
Following these Dublin shows, the Grammy nominee will then play London’s Koko on Tuesday, 11 September, in aid of War Child.
The 28-year-old also recently announced that his second album is on the way and that he plans to tour North America on the back of his new release.
