Well Joe McCaul appeared on last night's X Factor, minus his sister, and sang to Simon Cowell and co.

The Athlone singer made it through to the next round after performing a second song and even shedding a few obligatory tears, because it wouldn't be the X Factor without someone crying.
Rumours are circulating that England want him to represent them at next year's Eurovision already while the The Irish Eurovision Selection Committee (we just made that up) were unavailable for comment on the rumour this morning...
