Any fans of Damien Rice will know that the talented singer is extremely private when it comes to divulging details of his career and private life which is why our heads were turned by this interview he did with Salon.
The singer has recently made a welcome return following an 8 year hiatus with his brilliant new album My Favourite Faded Fantasy.
The interview is extremely interesting because Rice talks about the recording process, his aversion to critics, swimming with sharks, why it took him so long to return to music and the anxieties that he overcame in making his new album.
