The former Oasis guitarist was a guest pundit on MOTD2 in a move that instantly gave us flashbacks of Bertie Ahern on The Premiership but thankfully it wasn’t as bad.
He even managed to get #BRodge trending worldwide on Twitter after proclaiming that the Liverpool manager (forever more ‘The Brodge’) tactics’ were behind his team’s upturn in fortune.
We’re not going to argue with his prediction of title winners or his favourite Man City player.
