Some brilliant toe tapping stuff here...

Some brilliant toe-tapping stuff here…

As JOE told you earlier, the incredibly talented duo of Rodrigo y Gabriela decided to give Dublin fans a little treat this afternoon when they did an impromptu busking session on Grafton Street.

The Mexican duo have sold over 1.2m albums around the world but it looks like they haven’t forgotten their roots. The musicians gained their reputation by playing on the streets of Dublin but have since gone on to bigger and better things. From the looks of it , they still know how to draw a crowd on the capitals streets. Have a listen.

The duo have performed all around the world and even got to play for Barack Obama in the White House. Jammy lad!

Rodrigo y Gabriela released their 5th studio album, 9 Dead Alive, in April and Breaking Bad fans may have remembered their song “Tamacun” featuring in the pilot episode.

JOE are big fans of the duo and it’s nice to see that they still remember their roots. Kudos!
