Truth be told, there’s so much about the Oasis documentary Supersonic that we absolutely adore, in fact, we even wrote an extensive piece about some of the memorable moments from the documentary.
If you haven’t seen it yet and you want it to remain unspoiled, consider this to be your spoiler alert. Go off and watch the Blur documentary No Distance Left To Run instead (we’re instantly hiding behind the couch after opening that debate again).
If you have seen Supersonic, you’ll know that one of the most memorable scenes was when the band recalled the infamous story when they were absolutely locked while travelling over to Amsterdam on the ferry.
What unfolded on that journey was absolute carnage but the punchline Alan McGee is absolutely superb.
