The number of people in hospital with the virus has dropped to 39, meanwhile, 13 people are in ICU.
As of midnight on Monday 21 June, the Department of Health has been notified of 294 new cases of Covid-19 across Ireland.
Of the 294 cases, 39 are in hospital and 13 are in intensive care units throughout the country.
According to the Department, daily case numbers may change due to future data review, validation and update.
It comes as registration for the Covid-19 vaccine began on Sunday for people aged 35 to 39.
The HSE has said people in the 20-29 age cohort can expect to receive a first dose of a Covid-19 vaccine by late August into early September.
Similarly to when the portal was opened for previous age groups, those aged 39 will be able to register on Sunday first.
This is before 38-year-olds can apply on Monday, with registration working backwards throughout the ages in the subsequent days.
To register online for a vaccine, you will need a mobile phone number, an email address, your PPS number and your Eircode.
If you do not have these things, you are advised to call the Covid-19 helpline to register by phone instead.
