Customers are reporting issues with Bank of Ireland ATMs and web banking.

Bank Of Ireland has confirmed that it is experiencing problems with some of their systems on Thursday.

The issue is affecting ATMs and customers are also reportedly having issues logging into the Banking 365 website and app.

“Bank of Ireland is aware that some channels are currently out of service,” the bank said in a statement.

“We are working to rectify this as soon as possible and will provide further updates as soon as they are available.

We wish to apologise for any inconvenience caused.”

The bank also experienced issues with its payment systems on Wednesday when wages were not credited to thousands of customers.

It apologised to customers for the inconvenience caused.

“There was a delay earlier today in some overnight payments appearing in customers’ accounts,” Bank of Ireland said.

“All outstanding payments are currently being made and we would like to apologise to affected customers for the inconvenience.”
