Abbey Street in Dublin city centre has been closed following a "serious" crash.
In a statement, Gardaí said the road traffic collision occurred at the junction of Abbey Street and O'Connell Street in Dublin 1.
Gardai and emergency services are currently at the scene.
Abbey Street remains closed, with road users being asked to avoid the area due to delays.
Luas has also said that its Red Line services are currently not operating between Smithfield and Connolly/The Point.
