Body found in Donegal missing person case

Man arrested 39 deaths

Rhonda O’Loughlin had been missing for just under two weeks.

Gardaí have confirmed that a body found in Donegal is that of Rhonda O’Loughlin, a 33-year-old woman who had been missing since 23 September.

They have thanked the public and the media for their assistance in the case. They have further confirmed that O’Loughlin’s death is not being treated as suspicious.

The original missing person statement from the Gardaí read: “Gardaí at Ballyshannon are appealing to the public for assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 33-year-old Rhonda O’Loughlin.

“Rhonda was last seen on Sunday the 23/9/2018 at Bridgetown, Laghey, Co. Donegal. She is described as 5ft 5′ in height, of slim build with brown/auburn hair. When last seen she was wearing a red top and grey tracksuit bottoms.”
